Brad has been hard at work putting up the cabinets in the kitchen. He has the upper and lower cabinets mounted and cut the butcher block countertop on the exterior wall. It's nice when what you imagine comes to fruition!

The big decision today was what floor color to go with. It was funny that all the MEN I asked (with one exception) liked the light, natural look. All the WOMEN (with one exception) liked the dark stain.

I went with the dark stain ;)

One of the girls at work was replacing her patio set and generously offered up her old one - it's so nice to have a nice place to sit outside!
